Here at the Helpdesk, we use the HEAT Problem Tracking System to track all service requests that are brought to our attention. User may submit a HEAT ticket in one of two ways:
Call the Helpdesk @ 4848 and an analyst can enter a ticket for you.
Submit a ticket using the HEAT Self Service System online. You will recieve a confirmation email with a HEAT ticket number after ticket is submitted.
**Special Note**
Supervisors that have New Users, User Deletions, or User Department Changes should submit their requests through theHEAT Self Service System.
