Training Rooms

Information Technology Training is the owner of three computer training facilities in the University Center Tower building.  UCT computer training rooms 1155,1160 and 1505B are available to other departments by reservation.  Please call the CSS Helpdesk @ 713-500-4848 or IT Training @ 713-500-4834for reservation assistance.

 

Here is a brief description of whats available in each room:

• UCT 1155 Training Room: 1 instructor PC and 16 student PCs. Overhead projector and Smart Board. 2 white boards. VHS VCR. Printer.
• UCT 1160 Training Room: 1 instructor PC and 10 student PCs. Overhead projector and Smart Board. 1 small white board. VHS VCR. Printer.
• UCT 1505B Training Room: 1 instructor PC and 10 student PCs. Overhead projector and 2 White Board. Printer.

 

Please note that IT Training has priority use of these training rooms, and it is possible that your reservation may need to be cancelled.   Should a scheduling conflict occur, it will be your responsibility to make alternative room reservations.

 

If your reservation requires special software , please contact in advance the CSS Helpdesk @ 713-500-4848 to schedule installation prior to your class and to uninstall the software at the conclusion of your class.
